Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Flex Security Officers (Unarmed) to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional security coverage across multiple locations, ensuring safety for clients, employees, and visitors. You will act as a representative of both the client and Watson Express Security, maintaining order, assisting guests, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or by vehicle
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
- Monitor entry and exit points, including verifying access and enforcing site policies
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) using the company security app
- Support management and collaborate with other security staff as needed
- Flexible to work at multiple locations based on business needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience (1 to 2 years preferred)
- Security experience (2+ years required)
- Driver's license, vehicle, and valid insurance (required)
- Security license (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred; training provided within 90 days if not certified)
- Smartphone required to access reporting and scheduling tools
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening (drug test, federal background check, fingerprinting)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Work Schedule
